Bright straw yellow to the eye. The nose has fresh olfactory fragrances, reminiscent of white flowers, white pulp fruit and aromatic herbs. Fresh also the taste, however balanced, of good persistence and slightly almond on the finish.
Versatile and eclectic at the table, it should be tried in combination with smoked trout pennette.
