- BAROLO DOCG 2016
Tasting notes
Light garnet red in glass. The entrance to the nose is open to ripe dark fruit, followed by important tertiary hints of black pepper, underbrush, spices and star anise. On the palate it reveals powerful tannins, which however prove to be well integrated into the structure. Good persistence.
Pairings:
Matured cheeses or preparations based on red meat or game. To try with gruyère.
