- BAROLO DOCG 2016
Tasting notes
Light garnet red to the chalice. The entrance to the nose is opened by ripe dark fruit, followed by important tertiary hints of black pepper, underbrush, spices and star anise. On the palate it reveals powerful tannins, which however prove to be well integrated into the structure. Good persistence.
Pairings
It requires the combination of mature cheeses or preparations based on red meat or game. Try it with Gruyère cheese.

- LANGHE DOC NEBBIOLO 2019
Tasting notes
Ruby red to the chalice, light garnet to the nail. Delicate and fragrant bouquet, composed of floral hints of rose and violet, fruity tones of raspberries and wild strawberries, and balsamic hints. The palate continues in the footsteps of the nose, revealing itself balanced, rightly tannic and of good length.
