Vinification: traditional stainless steel cap emerged for 20 days with 3 pumping over and 3 daily manual fulling at controlled temperature (c.at 28° c)
Ageing: 32 months in large Slavonian oak barrels and 6 months in bottle
Serving temperature: 18-20° c

Light garnet red to the chalice. The entrance to the nose is opened by ripe dark fruit, followed by important tertiary hints of black pepper, underbrush, spices and star anise. On the palate it reveals powerful tannins, which however prove to be well integrated into the structure. Good persistence.
It requires the combination of mature cheeses or preparations based on red meat or game. Try it with Gruyère cheese.
