NOTE OF DEGUSTATION
Red ruby red with violaceous reflections at the chalice. Fruitful and windy in the nose, it expresses to marvel the varietal tones of the grape vines, leaving to perceive memories of cherry blossoms and viscole, which follow subtle spiced shades. The sip is fresh and sliding, of good persistence.
Great with the first dishes of the earth cuisine, it is perfect to be paired with the agnolotti at the ragù.
